Bexland Pty Ltd trading as TheraPrac ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information when you visit theraprac.app, join our waitlist, or use the TheraPrac application.

What Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist we collect: first and last name, email address, primary modality, whether you work with horses, dogs or both, and your practitioner or student status.

When you use the TheraPrac app we may collect: business name and ABN, professional qualifications and certifications, client and animal records you enter into the app, session notes, consent forms and invoices you create, and device information and usage data.

We do not collect credit card or payment details, government identity documents, or sensitive personal information without your consent.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you complete our waitlist form or create a TheraPrac account, automatically when you use our website or app, and from Google Drive when form submissions are stored.

Why We Collect Your Information

We use your information to contact you about your waitlist position and early access, send you updates about TheraPrac features and launch timing, improve and develop the TheraPrac app based on practitioner needs, process your account and provide app functionality, and comply with our legal obligations. We will never use your information for purposes other than those listed above without your consent.

Marketing Communications

By joining the TheraPrac waitlist you consent to receiving email updates about TheraPrac. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or emailing us at TheraPrac@bexland.com.au

How We Store Your Information

Your waitlist information is stored securely in Squarespace (our website platform) and Google Drive (form submission storage). Your app data is stored on your device and, when cloud sync is enabled, in secure cloud storage. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever. We may share your information with Squarespace (our website and form platform), Google (for form submission storage via Google Drive), and service providers who help us operate TheraPrac, bound by confidentiality obligations. We will only disclose your information to third parties where required by law or with your explicit consent.
